Refund Policy

     We understand that you could get confused before buying a course. To support your buying decision we have provided all the necessary information and also made several videos available for free. However, Piyu’s CS is all about caring for the learner experience – if you want to initiate a refund for other reasons, you can write to info@piyuscs.com. Refunds will be made according to the policy below. We strive to maintain the highest quality standards, and as with everything we do, you receive a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Withdrawals during the course (Applicable for all courses)

     If you don’t see the tremendous value you expected in our product, and you wish to withdraw within 2 days or less than 10% of course completion, we will proceed with a 100% refund to your original payment mode – no questions asked.

Refund will be made through the payment method used while purchasing the course.

 However, once you have attended more than 2 days from the date of registration or completed more than 10% of the course, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Cancellations or rescheduling by Piyu’s CS

     Piyu’s CS reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course at any time, especially in the event of insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

On such occasions, learners are eligible for a full refund.
